Hot Shooting Helps Generals Top Tetons

The Sheridan College Generals improve to 7-0 on the year with a 92-81 victory over the Williston State Tetons at the Northwest College Tournament. Sophomore forward Lamont Prosser led the high octane Generals offense by scoring a team high 18 points in the win. Freshman guard Ron Mvouika once again found himself in double figures by contributing 16 points, while pulling down a game high 8 rebounds. Robert Heyer, sophomore forward, had a career high 16 points on 6-7 shooting from the field and 4-5 performance from the foul line, sinking a pair of key technical free-throws. A hot shooting streak continues to help the Generals score away from the Bruce Hoffman Golden Dome. Sheridan shot 62% from the field for the game and 53% from beyond the arc. The Generals are back in action this Friday night at 7:30 pm at home for the Lions Club Tournament against Little Big Horn College.
