Generals Add McCallum

The Sheridan College Generals have added Tredarius McCallum, a 6’6 guard from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina to their roster. Under NJCAA rule Tre will not be eligible to play in the remaining weeks of the 2013-2014 season, he will red-shirt this season and be on the Generals roster in 2014-2015 as a freshman. Tre played high school basketball at St. James High School in Myrtle Beach and prepped at South Carolina Sports Academy before joining the Generals in January.  While at South Carolina Sports Academy Tre showed stellar performances against some of the tope NJCAA teams in the country;  against Vincennes University Tre netted 14 points, 19 against Olney Central College, 19 against Cape Fear Community College.

“We’re really excited to add a player of Tre’s caliber at the break. This is the perfect situation for an incoming freshman to get acclimated to our school and program, and to get ahead academically. Tre is a multidimensional player that can score in a variety of ways and he has a motor that is always running. He’ll be a tremendous player for the Generals beginning in the fall.”
