Generals Sign 2 Wyoming Prospects for 09-10 season!

Rage Geringer a 6’0 ft shooting guard from Glendo, WY is the fourth player to sign with the Sheridan College Generals this year. Rage played his high school basketball at Guernsey-Sunrise where he averaged 27 points and 4.3 steals per game as a senior in 2009. For his career Rage scored over 1600 points. Geringer has received All-state honors in basketball, football, and track, along with having a 4.0 GPA. Geringer is great at using his intelligence and knowledge of the game to his benefit, and he will add the outside threat that a lot teams in junior college lack.

Says Coach Smiley: “Rage is first and foremost an outstanding young man, and he has a chance to be a great player in our program as he continues to develop his strength and his skill level to compete at the collegiate level. He’s a very intelligent player and he understands the game. He’s also a fantastic student in the classroom, and he will represent our program well in the coming years.”
